# GET /api/v3/brokerage/best_bid_ask — Best Bid and Ask

> Retrieve the current top-of-book bid and ask prices for one or more Coinbase Advanced Trade products without pulling the full order book.

The **Best Bid and Ask** endpoint returns the current top-of-book (level 1) bid and ask prices for one or more trading pairs in a single request. For each product you request, you receive the best available bid price and size and the best available ask price and size at the moment of the call. This is useful for quickly assessing spread and liquidity before placing an order without fetching the full order book. This is a public endpoint — no authentication is required.

## Endpoint

```
GET https://api.coinbase.com/api/v3/brokerage/best_bid_ask
```

## Authentication

**Not required.** This is a public endpoint and can be called without an `Authorization` header.

## Query Parameters

**product\_ids** `string` *required*

Comma-separated list of product IDs for which you want the best bid and ask. For example: `BTC-USD,ETH-USD,SOL-USD`. You can query multiple products in a single request.
